Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel to ensure quality patient care and competent management
  • Manage unit resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid Texas RN License or Eligible Compact License
  • Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
  • MSN required
  • Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required
  • Previous leadership/management experience required
  • Med-Surg certification preferred
