As a High Voltage Installation Manager at TEKsystems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of voice and data installation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and supervise project crews, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crew Coordination: You will be responsible for managing major project crews, providing necessary training, and ensuring adherence to company safety and quality guidelines.
  • Project Budgeting: You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance with project budget.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for completing all project paperwork accurately and on time, including timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, and tool transfers.
  • Quality Control: You will perform quality checks and prepare red-lined as-built drawings to ensure that projects meet the required standards.
  • Customer Interface: You will serve as the main on-site customer contact for questions and concerns, attending facility and construction meetings as required.

Technical Requirements: As a High Voltage Installation Manager, you must possess a detailed level of technical knowledge, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. You will also need to demonstrate problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in the field of fiber testing. Blueprint updating/interpreting and experience with Blue Beam are also desirable. Additionally, experience performing site walks to ensure project completion is essential.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
