Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Installation Manager to join our team at Modigent. This is a senior-level position that requires excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as experience in the installation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement solutions to prevent issues from becoming problems.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager to review projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct physical surveys of projects to assess conditions and provide detailed reports.
  • Assist in developing project schedules, including providing labor breakdowns to the Project Manager and General Superintendent.
  • Prepare accurate and timely material takeoffs for projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions, including scheduling, material control, rentals, cranes, subcontractors, and daily supervision.
  • E nsure all site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, company policies, and other requirements.
  • Document incidents and recommend corrective action.
  • Manage daily and weekly reports, including safety, tool box reports, preconstruction, weekly production reports, and 2-week look-ahead reports.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure jobs meet Pueblo Mechanical standards and participate in start-ups as needed.
  • Coordinate with shop foreman or responsible party to schedule driver production.
  • Work with emerging Foremen to train and facilitate career advancement.
  • Responsible for all crews' time submission.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure quality of work meets and/or exceeds acceptable industry standards.
  • Complete Quality Assurance analysis on projects to prevent call backs and warranty work.
  • Conduct job-site walks with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
Build Long-Term Relationships:
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with current and future clients.
  • Proactively communicate with entire construction team at all times.
Human Resources:
  • Recognize and track employee progress and nominate individuals for promotions and/or incentive bonuses.
  • Assist with interviewing prospective employees and make recommendations as requested by the General Superintendent.
Safety:
  • Ensure all Pueblo Mechanical and project-specific safety requirements are met.
  • Responsible for ensuring all staff have their personal protection equipment on at all times.
  • Coordinate with safety officer for jobsite visits and ensuring a safe jobsite.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and punctual.
  • Must be able to multi-task and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.
  • Must be professional in appearance and speech.
  • Experience with government facilities a plus.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $35 - $44 per hour.
