Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and merchandising professionals to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and merchandising strategies to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment that showcases our unique products and promotes a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail management or sales and merchandising.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for our mission and commitment to excellence in service.
