Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update financial records, encompassing purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
2. Collaborate closely with the accounting team to generate and evaluate financial reports.

4. Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, and conduct reconciliations.

6. Ensure adherence to state revenue service regulations and other governing bodies.
7. Support budget preparation and financial planning activities.
8. Utilize accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases to log and retrieve financial data.
9. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
10. Aid senior accountants in the completion of monthly/yearly closings.
Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within the Real Estate or Mortgage sector.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
5. Excellent data entry skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
7. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
8. Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
9. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
