Asphalt Paving Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Pave Box Operator to join our team at Rose Paving LLC. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in operating pave box equipment and will be responsible for performing duties at parking lots, communicating project status with stakeholders, and ensuring all materials are installed per specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Operate pave box equipment to install asphalt
- Communicate daily project status with key stakeholders
- Ensure all materials are installed per specifications
- Meet Rose Paving standards for quality and efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asphalt paving
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
