This is an excellent opportunity for experienced or entry-level representatives to investigate and evaluate multi-line insurance claims through personal contact to ensure accurate settlements. As a Field Claims Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing thorough claim investigations
  • Interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses
  • Consulting police and hospital records
  • Evaluating claim facts and policy coverage
  • Inspecting property and auto damages and writing repair estimates
  • Preparing reports of findings and securing settlements with insureds and claimants
  • Using claims-handling software, company car, and mobile applications to adjust loss in a paperless environment
  • Providing superior and professional customer service

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • A valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $76,000 annually, with opportunities for annual cash bonuses and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Additionally, you will receive:
