Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, ERP software, Bluebeam, and Excel.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to traverse and inspect all areas of the jobsite in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • May require travel and exposure to construction site hazards.
