Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to support our client, a Federal Agency. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Windows operating systems, SharePoint 2010/2013, and cloud technologies, including Microsoft Office 365 and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee infrastructure operations and maintenance, including regular monitoring, server upgrades, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Engage in Configuration Change Board (CCB) reviews and respond to change requests and defect reports.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects.
  • Maintain existing SharePoint sites and related applications.
  • Develop system upgrades and enhancements, providing operational support for customer applications.
  • Identify customer needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Contribute to strategy, planning, and interface design.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and SharePoint development.
  • Proficiency with InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, or K2.
  • Experience in SharePoint engineering and administration.
  • Ability to configure site collections and utilize SharePoint Designer.
  • Expertise in developing forms and workflow solutions.
  • Experience implementing SharePoint collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies.
  • Effective time management and analytical skills.
