Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily cash flow to guarantee adequate liquidity for operational demands and strategic projects.
  • Evaluate cash positions and project future cash needs to enhance liquidity and manage working capital effectively.
  • Assist in generating cash flow projections, liquidity assessments, and treasury-related financial reports.
  • Support the maintenance of banking relationships, including account management and reconciliation tasks.
  • Evaluate and propose investment opportunities, financing alternatives, and strategies aimed at maximizing returns while minimizing expenses.
  • Supervise and manage the debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with covenants and debt repayment obligations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the accurate and timely execution of financial transactions.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics, interest rate fluctuations, and financial regulations that could influence treasury activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in treasury operations, financial analysis, or a comparable field.
  • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in financial modeling and analytical tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Understanding of cash management practices, investment methodologies, and debt financing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial data clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with treasury management systems and banking software is advantageous.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) are considered a plus.
