We are seeking a passionate professional to guide educational teams in the mission of Unconditional Education for every learner. In your role as a School Environment Coordinator, you will have the chance to apply the Unconditional Education Model, fostering an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere for students, families, and educational communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and responding to the cultural and environmental needs of the school
  • Executing School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports
  • Organizing resources for students requiring additional assistance
  • Leading training and development sessions for staff and caregivers

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Clearances as mandated by state and federal regulations

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM-4 PM
  • 5 weeks of paid leave, 11 paid holidays
  • Benefits:
  • Salary range starting at $86,520-$100,520 annually
