Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and hard-working professional to join our R&D team as an R&D Human Factors Intern. This internship offers real-world, hands-on experience where you can make a true impact. Interns take ownership of their projects and get a feel for day-to-day work in their respective roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to human factors engineering efforts to support product development projects as assigned by management
  • Support human factors studies
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, Engineering Psychology or related, with relevant coursework in human factors engineering, usability or user-centered design preferred
  • Junior standing with 3.0 minimum GPA preferred
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Basic knowledge of usability testing methods/tools and human factors standards preferred
  • Experience with product development preferred
  • Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
