Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our team at Cole Hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages to our guests
  • Prepare food orders and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to orders, questions, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain brand standards and customer service excellence
  • Support guests with menu questions and provide recommendations
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Restock supplies and maintain a well-stocked store
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Detailed-oriented and strong work ethic
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and follow instructions
Compensation

Starting hourly rate + tips (estimated average $150-$600 per pay period)

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with varying days and hours, Monday through Sunday, and may require work on holidays.
