Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista/Cashier to join our team at Parkhurst Dining. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brew high-quality coffee and specialty drinks to order, following our proprietary recipes.
  • Price and stock grab-and-go items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Merchandise the area using approved signage and materials, promoting our brand and services.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Maintain open communication with management, reporting product and supply needs.
  • Adhere to uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
  • Follow Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
  • Assist fellow team members as needed, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
