Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a highly skilled Regional Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing project cost control, budget management, and cost analysis for projects within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior cost specialists in cost control processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable cost information for project teams.
  • Review and approve trending analysis and forecasting of all projects.
  • Assist with change management and control of total project costs.
  • Monitor and audit compliance of junior staff for all cost-related requirements.
  • Reconcile program and project cost data with internal ERP and financial control systems.
  • Interface with finance and accounting for understanding and forecasting all revenue and project cost expenditure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of project cost control experience with multi-year design and construction projects, specifically in the EPC space.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a group of junior cost specialists.
  • Thorough knowledge and proficiency of EcoSys.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
