We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver - Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

**Responsibilities**

  • Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans

**Requirements**

  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
