Position Overview:- Oversee valet operations concerning the management of guest vehicle parking and traffic regulation in accordance with established policies and service expectations.
- Foster an engaging environment that reflects Bally's core values.
- Encourage exceptional guest service and cultivate enduring relationships.
- Track performance, offer training, and assist in the recruitment and development of the valet team.
- Guarantee prompt and courteous service for all patrons.
- Address guest concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide staffing recommendations.
- Efficiently schedule team members to optimize guest service.
- Maintain departmental records, equipment, and inventory.
- Oversee special initiatives and ensure the proper utilization of valet resources.
- Develop Valet Attendants and manage departmental supplies.
- Welcome guests, respond to valet inquiries, and uphold a tidy valet area.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage prior to and following parking.
- Execute other assigned responsibilities as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements.
- Prior experience in valet management or customer service is preferred.
- No moving violations in the past six months.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to see, speak, hear, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to run during shifts and perform tasks such as stooping, crouching, or kneeling as necessary.
The work environment may include bright lights, loud noises, and high-pressure situations.
