About the Role

LAZ Parking is a leading provider of parking services, and we're seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Valet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, safety, and service success at our hotel locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the activities of Assistant Hospitality Managers, Supervisors, Shift Leads, and frontline staff to ensure exceptional customer service and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, control expenses, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Regional Management to achieve business objectives and maintain high levels of safety and service standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-potential employees to support the organization's growth and success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 1+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in parking, restaurants, or hotels.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer expectations.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively, and excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills.
