Job Title: Commercial Valet Manager

LAZ Parking is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Valet Manager to oversee the operations of our valet staff in Chicago. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 professional parking management and supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of employees to achieve annual and periodic goals and initiatives.
  • Oversee daily valet operations for clients, including staff management, customer complaints, and client requests.
  • Identify high-potential employees to support the organization's continued growth.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensure sign-off on hours, and collaborate with the local payroll department to ensure pay data is accurately completed.
  • Execute plans for the opening of newly assigned locations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop client relationships and business retention.
  • Organize and narrate parking management skills for Supervisors and Team Leads.
  • Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements outlined in the contractual agreement between LAZ Parking and our clients.
  • Assist the region with preparing operations for potential new locations, including rate surveys and ticket pulls.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years in a Management role.
  • Experience in valet/operating valet systems is desired.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and General Microsoft Office Applications.
