Role SummaryWe are in search of a Clinical Nutrition Manager to oversee our nutrition services in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement patient food service and clinical nutrition strategies based on medical guidance and the needs of the patient demographic.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and assess the performance of clinical nutrition and patient services staff.
- Encourage collaboration and devise effective methods to introduce innovative programs that enhance clinical nutrition outcomes and financial performance.
- Evaluate the competency, productivity, and documentation accuracy of clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accreditation requirements, while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
- Participate in and lead initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and quality assurance across the facility.
- Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) is required.
- State licensure as required by local regulations.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting as a Registered Dietitian, including managerial duties.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and nutrition analysis software.
