Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Specialist to provide comprehensive nutrition services and program coordination to clients with diverse needs. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, community members, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective nutrition programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients with complex nutritional needs.
  • Provide in-depth counseling and education on nutrition principles, healthy eating habits, and disease prevention.
  • Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to meet the needs of diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote healthy eating habits and nutrition education.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Dietetics, Public Health Nutrition, or Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in nutrition counseling, program development, and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
