Position Overview
Success Academy is seeking a dynamic and inquisitive People Partner to become an integral part of our organization. This position is essential for the effective implementation of new initiatives, crafting solutions, and supporting the ongoing development of both the Success Academy Network and our Charter Schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer consultative guidance to school leadership and staff;
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s strategy, goals, challenges, and the implications for personnel to provide valuable insights;
- Advise school leaders on recruitment, performance management, and employee development;
- Ensure consistent application of people processes, policies, and standards while striving for continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, talent acquisition, and executive leadership to meet business needs;
- Utilize data and analytics to enhance school performance through a top-tier people function;
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and their implications for the organization.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong analytical and process-oriented mindset;
- Demonstrate a history of accountability, a strong work ethic, and integrity;
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, focused on enhancing efficiency;
- Have over 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a strategic capacity across various client organizations;
- Possess extensive experience in employee relations;
- Experience in rapidly growing organizations or those undergoing significant transformation is highly advantageous;
- Ability to articulate and promote Success Academy's collaborative culture and educational model effectively;
- Maintain exceptionally high standards for work quality and a commitment to continuous improvement;
- Be a proficient problem-solver with excellent communication abilities.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $110,000 - $140,000. Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
