Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular maintenance activities including the repair of HVAC systems, plumbing installations, electrical circuits, appliances, and both interior and exterior finishes.

Respond swiftly to maintenance inquiries from residents and management to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of repairs.

Perform inspections of residential units and communal areas to detect maintenance requirements and guarantee adherence to safety and environmental standards.
Assist in preparing vacant units for new occupants, which includes cleaning, painting, and executing minor repairs.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair tasks completed, including materials utilized and hours worked.
Ensure that all maintenance operations are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor or in a comparable role, ideally within the residential property management sector.
Comprehensive understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
Capability to diagnose and rectify a variety of maintenance challenges efficiently.
Meticulous attention to detail with strong time management abilities.
Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is advantageous.
