Drafts and maintains preventative maintenance and repair schedules. Maintain facilities and janitorial inventory levels, and re-order as needed. Coordinates and schedules outside contractors needed for specialized repairs and services. Assists with the coordination and execution of on-site and off-site events. Performs facility inspections to ensure appearance of a world class facility. Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities. This position has food Safety Responsibilities. Other responsibilities, as necessary.Skills: Time Management Attention to Detail Inventory Management Customer Service Qualifications:  High School / Trade of Vocational School Diploma or Equivalent  Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and directions. Ownership: Receives, manages and processes work order requests for all sites. Drafts and maintains preventative maintenance and repair schedules. Maintain facilities and janitorial inventory levels, and re-order as needed. Coordinates and schedules outside contractors needed for specialized repairs and services. Assists with the coordination and execution of on-site and off-site events. Performs facility inspections to ensure appearance of a world class facility.Metrics: On-time completion of assigned work orders. Completion of planned vs. unplanned work orders. Facility related SQF Audit scores. SupervisoryThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel. The employee must regularly lift andor move up to 50 pounds.\u202f Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.  While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and to wet andor humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met or that an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
