Job Summary

As a Business Analyst for Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) at Syntricate Technologies, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing a comprehensive PFML information system. Your expertise in business analysis, domain knowledge, and understanding of policies and regulations will be essential in defining business requirements and creating detailed analysis reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed business analysis and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
  • Apply business analysis experience, PFML domain knowledge, and understanding of policies and regulations to define business requirements for the PFML information system.
  • Conduct requirements walkthroughs for the sprint team and provide clarifications as required.
  • Engage with potential clients to conduct demos of the system and provide understanding and answers related to business use cases.
  • Document current business needs and functions of the State and project future business needs based on the State's strategic plan and input from State stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on PFML domain knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of policies and regulations related to PFML.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
