About the Contract Analyst Position:
 
A dynamic company seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance and support their business operations. Responsibilities of the Contract Analyst:
  • The Contract Analyst will review, analyze, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and ensure timely renewals and amendments.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and finance teams to resolve contract-related issues.
  • Provide risk assessments and recommend improvements to contract terms and conditions.

Preferred Skills for the Contract Analyst:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • The Contract Analyst should have at least 2+ years of experience in contract analysis or management.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
