Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold a polished appearance in line with the company's dress code and branding standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage order inquiries effectively.
- Availability to work one weekend day each week is essential.
- Assist in showroom upkeep and support Designers with various assignments.
- Exhibit flexibility in handling diverse projects and addressing store requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail furniture within a high-end environment (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in sales performance.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Experience in Retail Interior Design is highly desirable.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Hourly wage of $20.00.
- This is a full-time position.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and 401k with a 2% match.
- Paid holidays, vacation days, and sick leave.
