Customer Service Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to contribute to the success of TPI Partners.

This role involves interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Communicate order updates and status changes
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Coordinate interview schedules for potential candidates
  • Handle onboarding processes for new employees
  • Complete various administrative tasks assigned by Plant Manager

Essential Skills:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: $52,000 - $62,000
