About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing layaways.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
