About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by determining customer needs, answering questions, and recommending products and services.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting and selling Sherwin-Williams products to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operations: Process sales transactions, handle customer complaints, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
