Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current sales, promotions, and visual standards.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking and standing (up to 8 hours).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
