About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Viewing Agent to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Property Viewing Agent, you will be the face of our company, responsible for conducting property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants, providing detailed information about the properties, including features, benefits, and any relevant details.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and gathering feedback from clients after viewings.
  • Ensure properties are presented in the best possible light for viewings, liaising with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to coordinate viewings and property access.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay informed about company policies and market trends.

Requirements:
