Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Imaging Supervisor to join our team at Sansum Clinic. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Radiology, Ultrasound, Computerized Tomography, MRI, Mammography, PET, and office support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and management of the Radiology/Imaging Department, promoting excellent patient care, cost-effective use of resources, and professional growth and job satisfaction for staff.
  • Maintain a demeanor that is complimentary to medical ethics and responsible for daily operations of the picture archiving and communications system (PACS) system.
  • Coordinate PACS services with other departments, physicians, and their office staff, communicating system changes and upgrades to users.
  • Direct supervision of technologists, ongoing performance improvement monitoring and reporting, staff in-service and competency testing.
  • Assign staff and workload requirements, respecting changing priorities in daily operations, and interact and communicate with physician support staff and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist, ARRT - Radiography, NMT-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, ARDMS-American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, CT-Computed Tomography, RHM-Radiology Mammography, ARMRIT-Certified MRI Technologist, RCS-Registered Cardiac Sonographer, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Advanced knowledge of all aspects of Radiology Care
  • Knowledge of quality personnel management, communication skills, and customer service
  • Monitors departmental operations to assure compliance with governmental regulations and meet standards established by accrediting agencies
  • Basic computer/data entry/statistical evaluation skills
  • Communication and problem-solving skills are desired

Pay Range is $52.88 to $74.03 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
