Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store business unit and create a consistent and positive customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing all team members and business operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer disputes, and maintaining a clean and professional store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Monitor and facilitate all production and retail processes, including pick-up and delivery, shipping, and quality control
- Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, performing all functions normally performed by the team member
- Resolve customer disputes and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain a process for customer flow in the store to improve service experience
- Provide training and development of team members on assigned shifts, monitoring goals and providing feedback
- Interview job applicants, comply with company hiring policies, and assist Store Manager with hiring team members
- Coach, counsel, and provide feedback to team members on their performance and adherence to company policies and standards
- Communicate with Store Manager and team members on daily/weekly/monthly goals, performance to plan, key performance metrics, customer issues, and company initiatives
- Comply with and enforce FedEx Office established policies and procedures, maintaining an environment of controls
- Assist Store Manager in review and transmission of payroll and daily close-out of POS
- Perform all other administrative duties as needed or requested, including scheduling, payroll management, training compliance, daily close-out of POS, bidding, ordering and receiving supplies, and inventory controls
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on a consistent basis
- Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours to support the FedEx Office business
