Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in our Cardiovascular ICU. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed clinical assessments, prioritizing patient and family needs, creating, implementing, and evaluating care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health issues and develop effective care plans
  • Prioritize patient and family needs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care
  • Create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired patient outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide compassionate and personalized care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and procedures to provide evidence-based care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum 1 year of recent full-time experience in Telemetry, Cardiac Progressive Care, Cardiac Intermediate Care, or Cardiovascular ICU
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
