Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough clinical assessments, identify health issues, and develop individualized care plans to address patient needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the healthcare team to prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Education and Empowerment: Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Use various strategies to address problems with patients, families, and staff, prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
- Experience: Minimum one year (prefer two years) of recent full-time experience in Telemetry, Cardiac Progressive Care, Cardiac Intermediate Care, or Cardiovascular ICU.
- Certification/License/Registration: Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
- Skills: Proficiency in medical terms, knowledge of nursing laws, rules, standards, and guidelines, and exceptional communication skills.
