Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Prioritize patient and family needs, creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- At least one year of recent, full-time experience in Cardiovascular ICU (preferably two years).
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
