As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators, utilizing a variety of mechanical measuring equipment and adhering to strict quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators
  • Adjust or align components through shimming and other means of mechanical adjustments specified by blueprint or other specification limits
  • Utilize a variety of mechanical measuring equipment, including dial indicators, calipers, and indicators, to obtain proper assembly and build requirements
  • Maintain dimensional accuracy on assemblies utilizing torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, gages, and other measuring devices
  • Work from assembly instructions, both written and oral
Requirements
  • Reading blueprints and use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical measuring equipment
  • Mechanical assembly experience, preferably in aerospace or defense manufacturing industry
