  • Plan and Integrate Cross-Program Activities: Develop, maintain, and integrate plans and process (P&P) documentation from draft to baseline, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Perform Integration Across Disciplines and Systems: Integrate across multiple disciplines, organizations, and systems, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
  • Manage Interdependence Data and Status: Develop and maintain agreements planning, tracking, and control of interdependence data and status, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Support Bilateral Agreements and Schedules: Support the processing and approval of bilateral software hardware exchange agreements, lists, and schedules (BSHEALS) and bilateral data exchange agreements, lists, and schedules (BDEALS) or equivalent.
  • Derive and Provide Lean Strategies: Derive and provide lean and effective strategies, approaches, and processes for management, control, and organization of cross-program inter-dependencies and related data management processes.
  • Provide Systems Engineering Support: Provide systems engineering support to the Moon-to-Mars (M2M) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) team, focusing on plans and processes (P&P) products, deliverables, tasks, activities, and other systems engineering and integration tasks as needed.
  • Participate in Integrated Task Teams: Participate in various integrated task team (ITT) meetings, program to program (P2P) meetings, weekly P&P meetings, major M2M and program-level milestone reviews, and monthly reviews and/or telecons to collect required information for supporting task processes.
  • Coordinate and Facilitate Document Revision: Coordinate and facilitate document revision through CM/DM processes as directed by the plans and processes managers.
  • Update P&P Technical Schedule: Update P&P technical schedule for products and scope being performed.
  • Provide System Engineering Strategies: Provide strategies for system engineering based on product breakdown structure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship: Candidate must be a US citizen.
  • STEM Degree: Must have a bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • Systems Engineering Experience: Must have significant experience with systems engineering/systems management.
  • Understanding of Program Office Formats: Solid understanding of existing formats employed within program office and content structures.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-agency teams is required.
  • Microsoft Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel in the domestic USA when needed (
