The SEER Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Representative to join their team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking HVAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on HVAC systems and products
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements
- Generate sales leads and follow up with customers to close sales and meet revenue targets
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in HVAC, plumbing or related home service industry
- Previous inside sales and lead generation experience
- Previous experience using ServiceTitan software (a plus)
- Professional phone etiquette and experience
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve
- High school diploma or equivalent
