- Schedule appointments on the phone and at checkout desks
- Collect outstanding balances and copays
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent certificate
- Prior experience with medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to learn related center tasks and be of assistance to management and physicians
