Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
- Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines to identify potential issues.
- Operate and maintain shut-off valves for equipment and buildings.
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
- Communicate with other shifts to ensure seamless operations.
- Display proficiency in various maintenance categories, including air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
- High school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical background.
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
- Valid Driver's License and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders.
- Experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $32.99 to $36.65 per hour, as well as health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
