The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems
  • Conduct thorough apartment walkthroughs and maintenance checks
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in a skilled trade (e.g. HVAC, electrical, carpentry) a plus
  • Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Ability to lift/carry items and stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
