Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Treasury Management Specialist to enhance our Treasury Management Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the bank's treasury services and ensuring optimal management of cash management solutions for our business clientele. Your expertise will provide invaluable support and guidance to our clients, helping them to improve cash flow, mitigate risks, and meet their financial goals. This position involves close collaboration with the bank's commercial lenders, retail operations, and other banking professionals while fostering robust client relationships. You will report directly to our Market President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns regarding treasury management offerings.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of treasury management products and services.
  • Assist clients in the deployment of treasury management solutions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell treasury management services to current and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers and other departments to formulate and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct meetings to educate clients on treasury management solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients on service enhancements and adoption.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector.

· Proficient in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office suite.

· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

· High standards of integrity, accuracy, reliability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with CSI NuPoint core banking systems.

· Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

· Experience with CSI eBanking.
