Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive commission/bonus opportunities and a 401K plan with company match.
Job Description
As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and promoting successful and long-lasting customer relations. You will work closely with our agency departments to identify client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Sales: We are looking for candidates with sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
- Client Relationship Management: Previous experience managing client relationships is highly valued, as well as a passion for marketing products and services based on client needs.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues on a regular basis.
