About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join the U.S. Army Sustainment Command as a highly skilled IT Automation Expert. The selected candidate will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, utilizing their expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in providing technical advice and assistance to users. Additionally, they should be proficient in documenting and tracking issues and resolutions in automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Document and track issues and resolutions in automated systems
  • Assist with coordinating fielding dates, locations, and special equipment or set-ups as required
  • Ensure user accounts and automation assets are in compliance

Qualifications:

  • One year of specialized experience in IT automation
  • Strong background in IT, with experience in providing technical advice and assistance to users
  • Proficient in documenting and tracking issues and resolutions in automated systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: $83,416 per annum (based on location)
