Core Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement the annual business strategy for the property to achieve leasing, occupancy, and financial objectives.
  • Generate detailed monthly financial reports and analyses, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Supervise collections, manage default processes, and provide regular updates on activities.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries promptly, conduct thorough property evaluations, and collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams.
  • Assist engineering operations to maintain the property's visual appeal and ensure timely maintenance services.
  • Work closely with Marketing to maintain brand integrity.
  • Execute any additional responsibilities as assigned to enhance overall property management effectiveness.
Qualifications, Skills, and Expertise
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience of 5-7 years in property management.
  • Proven leadership and management experience of at least 2 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software such as Yardi Voyager or MRI.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, along with financial insight and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and cultivate strong professional relationships.
