The Digital Product Manager Lead, VP is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead working backwards documents for platform product releases
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices for solving business problems
  • Identify innovations and lead test and learn experiments to create platform products that increase customer value
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform products
  • Make informed trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio
  • Develop business and platform requirements for platform components or products
  • Leverage tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform services
  • Determine release goals for platform products or components
  • Identify best practices for continuous product development improvement
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

  • 6 + years of relevant experience in product management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering
  • Experience defining and developing product roadmaps, including product requirements, timeframes, and user stories to plan for product development and launch
  • Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross-functional teams
  • Strategic, results-driven leader who is passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge technology in the servicing space
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated analytical skills; can extract meaningful insights from large and complex data sets as well as User experience design and Design Thinking.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/business management/engineering or equivalent
