The Digital Product Manager Lead, VP is a strategic professional who leads the development of digital products and experiences. They stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to the directional strategy of the business. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the working backwards documents for a platform product release
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problems
  • Identify innovations and lead test and learn experiments to create platform products that increase customer value
  • Define and measure the KPIs for a platform product
  • Make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio
  • Develop business and platform requirements for a platform product
  • Leverage tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform services
  • Determine release goals for a platform product
  • Identify best practices for continuous product development improvement
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 6 + years of relevant experience in product management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering
  • Experience defining and developing product roadmaps, including product requirements, timeframes, and user stories
  • Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross-functional teams
  • Strategic, results-driven leader who is passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge technology in the servicing space
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated analytical skills; can extract meaningful insights from large and complex data sets as well as User experience design and Design Thinking.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/business management/engineering or equivalent
