Job Description

As an Office Assistant with Paul Davis, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by fielding calls and building rapport with customers and team members.
  • Intake new jobs and assist in updating job files to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Assist in sending statements to customers and collecting funds for completed jobs.
  • Scan receipts and maintain files to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Sort mail and perform other office duties as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems.
